They are OK - Clare the manager is nice. but watch out with the contract as they tie you into a sole agency agreement for massive 20 weeks!!! It turns out most other agents are half this time. The photography and floor plans are not quite up to modern standards either.
Cubitt & West are absolutely brilliant! We contacted them for a viewing and met Maddie who showed us around the house. We can honestly say that she has been an absolute joy to work with ever since.
