We have been very impressed with our agent Chris who has been very supportive and understanding and managing to find a buyer on his first viewing on the property. H as kept us fully informed and upto date on almost a daily basis and explaining h what is happening in real time. Thank you Chris and keep up the good work !
After struggling to sell our property through another agent we contacted Cubitt and West who were immediately a breath of fresh air and helped us secure a sale within a few days of listing with them. They supported throughout the process and continue to do so even after the sale has completed. I would 110% use them again and recommend them to anyone in the local area! They are OK - Clare the manager is nice. but watch out with the contract as they tie you into a sole agency agreement for massive 20 weeks!!! It turns out most other agents are half this time. The photography and floor plans are not quite up to modern standards either.

I bought my house through Cubitt & West 4 years ago and have just sold it though them as I already knew what a great service they offer. Cailean has been a massive help especially in negotiating a really good selling price with our buyers and he has kept me up to date throughout the whole process so I always knew what was going on.
