The team at Cubitt and West recently sold my father’s property. From the beginning the service was excellent. The photos and brochure were well thought out and very professional. We had numerous viewings due to Kevin’s hard work. Jo was instrumental in keeping things moving during the final stages of the sale. We were always kept up to date with the sale progress. I contacted the office with my requirements and explained my current personal circumstances. Kevin arranged some viewings for me, taking into account the distance I was travelling and when he showed me round, he did so with kindness and understanding, offering advice where appropriate. The best team I have come across in estate agency buying and selling group. Cubbit & West does all the legwork, you just need to turn up for appointments or viewing.
