I can't fault the marketing of the property, Katie did an excellent job. Once an offer was accepted the service goes downhill, advised to use an online conveyancing service which was dreadful. Considering as sellers we pay the estate agent fee it was very clear they were more interested in supporting the buyers, allowing them to negotiate a lower asking price than was ideal and then allowing the sale to drag on for 5 months when there was no chain and one property involved.
