The team at Cubitt and West recently sold my father’s property. From the beginning the service was excellent. The photos and brochure were well thought out and very professional. We had numerous viewings due to Kevin’s hard work. Jo was instrumental in keeping things moving during the final stages of the sale. We were always kept up to date with the sale progress. A thoroughly professional, friendly and reliable team. Thank you to Jo, Kevin and Caroline.

I contacted the office with my requirements and explained my current personal circumstances. Kevin arranged some viewings for me, taking into account the distance I was travelling and when he showed me round, he did so with kindness and understanding, offering advice where appropriate. We had the pleasure of meeting Pulborough Branch Manager Kevin Tuft at a property we viewed in West Chiltington. Originally we wanted view the property back in May but unfortunately we were on holiday when the property came to market. We made an appointment to view the property when we returned from holiday.
