Although I didn’t buy or sell through Cubitt and West Horley, we couldn’t have been happier with the service we received to help us try and find our forever home. Hi Readers, I purchased a property in Horley from Cubitt and West. They e-mailed me a number properties of which may be interest to me and followed up with viewings. Mark showed me a couple, and gave his honest opinion on the properties, advantages and disadvantages; Ben, manager of the Horley branch was also similar providing his views. I was looking to buy a house and came across a property in Horley. It was nice to meet Scott and I was impressed with how professional, knowledgeable and helpful he was, from arranging the viewing, then regarding the property itself and the potential for modernisation, the local area, market trends, the follow up for interest and feedback etc. I ended up buying in a different area entirely, however, from my fairly brief interaction with Scott I would not hesitate to recommend him or contact him in the future.
