We have had the best experience selling our flat with Cubitt & West. Jemma and Jo are amazing and have been very responsive whenever contacted. We previously had our flat listed on the market with a different agent for four months and whilst there were some viewings it never led anywhere. We were only on the market with Cubitt & West for one month and in that time we had 8 potential buyers come for viewings (double what we had in 4 months with the previous agent). Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with this estate agent a couple of months ago. I’m only writing this review now because I wanted some time to cool down and move on properly after the experience. Jo Leaver was extremely pushy and made us feel pressured throughout the process, which took a lot of the excitement out of buying a home. We had an excellent experience with Cubitt & West in Leatherhead. Jo, Gemma, Nic, and Aaliyah were all amazing throughout the entire process. Jo sold our house twice and handled what turned out to be a very difficult chain and sale with incredible professionalism and patience. The whole team were supportive, proactive, and genuinely cared about helping us reach a successful completion. We’re so grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend Cubitt & West Leatherhead to anyone selling their home.
