Over the past couple of months I have been searching for a property to purchase, and I have viewed a number of houses advertised by Cubitt & West (Portsmouth). I'd just like to say what a lovely lady Vanessa Brittle is, and how brilliant she has been during my entire property search. I cannot thank this lady enough for the expert help and advice she's given me, and I strongly recommend Vanessa and all the team at their Portsmouth Branch!
Very smooth from beginning to end. Mo was clear and positive on valuation, advising me on options and ensuring a quick and reliable sale. Julie Bramble was an absolute dream to work with after this stage, very helpful and frequently communicating - keeping the ball moving even though we had significant delays (out of anyone’s control).
Huge thank you to Julie Bramble from the Portsmouth branch for being so amazing during our recent move. Certainly had her work cut out for her with an incredibly difficult buyer but kept us up to date throughout and always made sure we were well looked after! Definitely deserves a bottle of bubbly!
Although delays happened during the buying/selling process I was kept up to date by Julie Bramble. She has been brilliant during the whole process and very easy to deal with. I can only hope that anyone buying or selling a property has someone like Julie in their corner. Five stars, highly recommended
