I can’t recommend Cubitt & West highly enough for the excellent service and support I received throughout the sale of my house. My initial correspondence was with Zoey, who was incredibly supportive, friendly and informative from the very beginning. She was always happy to answer my questions and made me feel reassured and well looked after, which made the whole process much less daunting. I was then fortunate to have Julie supporting me with the sale. Julie was fantastic throughout — professional, approachable, knowledgea... read more

A special thank you to Julie B for her outstanding support, constant encouragement, and dedication from start to finish. She was always available to answer my questions, kept me updated every step of the way, and made sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Her professionalism, patience, and commitment made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward an... read more
Becky was amazing through our letting process and the communication throughout was brilliant. We needed a little time before we could move into our new place due to the notice period on our flat and she was able to speak with the landlord and explain why we'd be the right tenants for them and would be worth the wait! Really happy in our new home and can't thank Becky and the team enough for helping us get here.
Dealing with Cubitt in Portsmouth has been a seamless and pleasant experience... all the sales team I've had discussions with regarding viewings and updates have been easy and regular. Currently going through the selling process after finally receiving and accepting an offer for my rental property. Hopefully it all goes smoothly from here and is completed to the satisfaction of all parties. I cannot praise and recommend the team at Cubitt and West highly enough ... many thanks to you all ... Becky was very helpful in finding me a property to rent in Portsmouth while I was living in Manchester. She promptly called me after I sent an email enquiry. I explained what I was looking for, and she sent me several suitable proposals. I booked one of the properties virtually, and the video on the website accurately reflected the property in reality. Becky was also very helpful throughout the tenancy agreement and payment process, clearly explaining all the recent legislative changes. She was efficient, professional, and... read more
