We used the Purley branch to sell our flat in Purley since March 2026, and I am extremely pleased with the professional service provided by Cubitt & West. They found us a very good buyer within just a week of a well-organised open day, which was an excellent result. I was especially impressed by the positive atmosphere in the branch. Mark W was our salesperson, and he was absolutely amazing. We had been searching for a house for what felt like forever, and throughout the process, he always kept us in mind, recommending properties that truly matched our wants and needs. He really stood out because of his friendly, personable approach and genuine commitment to helping us find the right home. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough—if you have the chance, definitely ask for Mark!

We were impressed by the regular market reports, great communication through every viewing and considerate listening throughout. They say selling property at this time ... read more

Our buying process had its own challenges, but Kurran was incredibly supportive and proactive throughout. He coordinated with our solicitor, followed up with the seller, and made sure our queries were answered promptl... read more
