Overall, a great experience with Cubitt and West Purley. The process was a long one, but Kurran, Marc and Nic were excellent throughout the process of finding a buyer, always communicative, supportive and willing to give good advice without ever pressuring me to make decisions. Sophie and Denise made the detail of selling a very smooth process. They were proactive, happy to chase other parties, and really supportive in helping keep the sale moving, which was hugely appreciated.
The team at Cubitt & West were extremely helpful throughout the entire process of the property purchase. They were very responsive, accessible, and friendly all the way through. They made what can be a very challenging process very comfortable. I am very grateful for all of their help and assistance. It was really good to be able to work with them.
