My experience with Cubitt and West has been wonderful. They were realistic, supportive throughout the process and the charges were reasonable. I felt in very safe hands not just with Kurran, my specific agent, but all the staff in the Purley office. I knew that whoever I spoke to they would be knowledgeable about my property. Kurran and the entire team at the Purley branch managed the sale of our property in Kenley incredibly smoothly. They were very easy to reach and communication was always effortless which provided so much reassurance through such a stressful process. I found the whole process dealing with Cubitt and West rather frustrating. This was my first time selling a property. I believed they unrealistically valued my house in order to get my business. Within a week I was asked to lower the price which I obliged. The viewings were few and far between. Only when I served my notice did viewings materialise. It was a pleasure interacting with Mo from purley he's extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I liked a lot how he remembered the little details and showed me a property in Purley which ticked all of my boxes. I approached that he made it easy for me to understand.
