My recent house sale was managed by the lovely Katarina, Sales Manager at the Reigate office. From day one I felt she could be trusted and she was always positive and proactive, without ever being too pushy. The rest of the team were brilliant with arranging to show all my viewings without any issues and their online portal is very useful and available 24/7. We didn’t end up buying through Cubitt & West by chance, but loved working with Max Gill. He was super knowledgeable and was already ready to answer any questions that we had as first time buyers! Dropped one star only due to the other agent who showed us around on viewings as she didn‘t seem to know anything about the areas or houses sadly. Just depends who you get but Max was great!
