We had a great experience renting through Cubitt & West. Shannay was our main point of contact, and she was fantastic throughout the whole process. After our application was accepted, I asked if we could view the property again, and she arranged it without any hassle. She was always quick to respond to our questions and incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend!
I will remain anonymous and have left this a while before I felt compelled to leave a review. They were shocking from start to finish. I am convinced that they were the reason two buyers pulled out. Literally no communication, arguing between themselves whilst I was on the phone. They also don’t answer the phone or return calls. They will be so professional at the beginning, then sign on the dotted line and it went downhill rapidly.
