I have been extremely happy with my choice to use Cubitt and West, London Rd Portsmouth, to market the sale of my house. From day one when Zoey came to value the property, it sold within the week, full asking price. We had Jessica Ball assist us with letting our flat in Southsea. She was very communicative and attentive. We managed to let our flat with no void period and liaised with our management (also C&W) to ensure a smooth handover. Would recommend.
We didn’t actually end up buying through cubitt & west in the end however I wanted to thank Evie for being so helpful and allowing us to view properties without selling , without doing this we wouldn’t know what we did or didn’t want and really appreciated her spending the time with us. If we ever move again we will definitely think about using cubitts
