We came back to Cubit & West after we bought a house through them a number of years as was impressed by the service received. We have returned to Cubit and West earlier this year to use them again. What a nice friendly team You have at Cubit and West Southsea. Myself and my partner are looking at some investment property for retirement and the team of Jacki Samara Harry and Tracey were very helpful and knowledgeable on what to buy where to buy etc. I think Harry’s enthusiasm may have fractured a bone in my hand but in a nice way. ;-) The local knowledge for someone out of town is invaluable for our decision making. We’ll be back when we are closer to a purchase.
