We sold our house with Cubitt and West Southwater this year. Couldn't fault the team one bit. Always super helpful, friendly and quick respond to emails or talk to us on the phone. When we spoke with our buyers they had the same experience from the purchasing side of the transactions as we did from a sale perspective. In particular Dionne and Julie were great. There is nothing but good things i can say about these guys. We started looking for a home over a year ago and cubitt and west were there thev whole time, helping us, keeping us updated, keeping in contact. We had some properies fall through (no fault of theres) and they still helped us every way they could. We would especially like to thank Dionne, Cameron, Julie and Emma for everything they did for us...we couldnt have asked for any better service...ps we hope you enjoyed the choclates
My husband and I sold our shared ownership leasehold property through Cubitt & West. Throughout the process, all the staff have been so helpful, especially Dionne Adams, who found a buyer after the first viewing, and answered all the questions we asked, however small. Well, what can I say…the team at Cubitt and West Southwater are simply amazing! We’d been through such a tough journey selling our house, on with another estate agent for 3 months and not one offer. After being on with Cubitt and West for 6 days we were under offer, unfortunately we lost our buyer at no fault of the team, another two weeks after being back on the market and we’re under offer again! I feel compelled to share my extremely negative experience with Leanne Fuller-OGrady at Cubitt & West Southwater Estate Agent. From the outset, I found Leanne to be exceptionally pushy, and I believe I was also given misleading information during our interactions. This lack of transparency and the high-pressure tactics employed left me feeling very uncomfortable and ultimately let down.
