The absolute best agents around. We have just sold our property in Southwater with the C&W team and they've been spot on from start to finish. My husband and I recently had a house viewing accompanied by Anne. She had incredible knowledge of the area, gave us lots of tips and handed us little local newsletters and booklets which contained a great amount of contacts/groups/clubs for everything in the area. Leanne and Julie were absolutely brilliant throughout a long and difficult house sale going above and beyond their call of duty. Their professionalism and dedication to their job made the whole process from start to finish seamless, so pleased I had them in my corner throughout this event. We bought a flat through Cubitt & West Southwater and the team were absolutely excellent throughout the process. We managed to complete within 8 weeks of first viewing the property. I had to chase our solicitor to get the deal over the line and it was quite stressful at times, but there were never any delays from C&W and they were always on hand for advice. Dionne, Leanne, Julie and Emma were all so helpful and professional. I'd definitely sell/buy through them again and recommend to others. Many thanks - we love the flat!
