The absolute best agents around. We have just sold our property in Southwater with the C&W team and they've been spot on from start to finish. I'm not going to name names as a fair few of them have helped from the start just in case I miss someone, but the service has been second to none. My husband and I recently had a house viewing accompanied by Anne. She had incredible knowledge of the area, gave us lots of tips and handed us little local newsletters and booklets which contained a great amount of contacts/groups/clubs for everything in the area. We bought a flat through Cubitt & West Southwater and the team were absolutely excellent throughout the process. We managed to complete within 8 weeks of first viewing the property. I had to chase our solicitor to get the deal over the line and it was quite stressful at times, but there were never any delays from C&W and they were always on hand for advice. Dionne, Leanne, Julie and Emma were all so helpful and professional. I'd definitely sell/buy through them again and recommend to others. Many thanks - we love the flat!

We had a great experience with this estate agency whilst searching for a property in the Horsham area. Commication from Julie in the office was swift and professional, always following up on viewings and listening to our needs.
