Decided to use Cubitt and West to sell our property ,they were very through and helpful though the whole process ,Was kept informed as to the progress which at times was very encouraging, as there a few bumps along the way but the whole team worked extremely hard to get the sell done and over the line . Would definitely recommend them and use again if I needed too .It would be a bit unfair to single anyone out as they all work as a team and are very good at what they do .

I recently sold my family home of 36 years with Cubitt & West, Wallington.All the staff were courteous and did their best to make sure the sale was as relaxed as it could be. I freaked out on a couple of occasions and was gently put back on track by one of the team. Solicitors are well known for needing a push to get on with things, and Adelajda, the Sales Progressor, did just that, but with charm and attention to detail. She is an asset to the company.
