Let me just start by saying I do NOT recommend Dr Tucker. He had no patience with my 7yr old who was getting fillings for the first time and was doing great until the oral swab hit the back of his mouth and “choked” him. Now on to the 5 star review of Dr. Echols who came in and saved the day! He was amazing! He explained everything he was doing and was so kind and patient with my son. Has nothing to do with the dental work, it was good. The problem is billing/ insurance. When I went to have crown done I told them I had primary and supplemental dental insurance to cover it all. They told me it didn't work that way and had to pay 450.00 to have it done. Well my insurance paid it all but 6.00 and they won't give my overpaid money back. It has been nearly 5 months and I haven't got anything but excuses. They claim I have to pay more because I have 2 insurance. Have talked to both insurance and both said that ... read more
What a wonderful atmosphere!! All-star staff!! If you were shooting for a warm and inviting environment, you nailed! I felt right at home from the moment I walked in to the building. I found such a professional and knowledgeable group of employees waiting eagerly to help me. Simply amazing!!!
I hate to leave a poor review here since Dr Carter was my dentist my whole life and I always loved him but, this practice has went way downhill since he retired. I went back after not being seen for a few years and was very disappointed with my experience. First of all I needed a cleaning and all they did at my initial appointment was X-rays.Then they scheduled a follow up for a filling and fitting for a dental guard and the lady with billing seemed to think that it was funny that I would have to pay $500 out of pocket for i... read more
