What a wonderful atmosphere!! All-star staff!! If you were shooting for a warm and inviting environment, you nailed! I felt right at home from the moment I walked in to the building. I found such a professional and knowledgeable group of employees waiting eagerly to help me. Simply amazing!!!
**UPDATE** More surprises when I find out this provider is not even in network for MetLife. So be aware when scheduling if you chose to come here you are likely in for a fun and expensive ride. We moved our family to Dr Echols in January, we were super impressed and excited to have what seemed to be great provider. Original appointment was good experience. I had to have an extensive cleaning, due to being a couple years since I had been to a dentist. I highly recommend the hygienist I got the first time. (Actually a traveling hygienist) They said it was possible that I might need a deep clean. So I had to come back in two weeks. I told them after my initial appointment.my teeth hurt and I was not comfortable doing a deep cleaning right now. Signed in at front desk and my wait time was 20 or so minutes . Friendly smiling young lady walked me to X-ray and back to wait area then I was escorted to exam and Dr Porter explained what options were available to me. All personnel were friendly and helpful.
This practice is the worst experience I have ever had with a medical facility. I would recommend everyone to stay far far away. This front desk quoted me a price for a procedure (the self pay rate) because they told me my insurance would not cover what I needed done, completely understand and was thankful that they offered a self pay rate at cheaper than what they would bill insurance.
