I just want to say I don't typically write reviews but I just have to come on here and say that the front staff is absolutely PHENOMAL!!!! They were so kind, engaging, and invested in all of their patients situations. I have never seen a group of people work so seamlessly together. What a wonderful atmosphere!! All-star staff!! If you were shooting for a warm and inviting environment, you nailed! I felt right at home from the moment I walked in to the building. I found such a professional and knowledgeable group of employees waiting eagerly to help me. Simply amazing!!!
Let me just start by saying I do NOT recommend Dr Tucker. He had no patience with my 7yr old who was getting fillings for the first time and was doing great until the oral swab hit the back of his mouth and “choked” him. Now on to the 5 star review of Dr. Echols who came in and saved the day! He was amazing! He explained everything he was doing and was so kind and patient with my son. Has nothing to do with the dental work, it was good. The problem is billing/ insurance. When I went to have crown done I told them I had primary and supplemental dental insurance to cover it all. They told me it didn't work that way and had to pay 450.00 to have it done. Well my insurance paid it all but 6.00 and they won't give my overpaid money back. It has been nearly 5 months and I haven't got anything but excuses. They claim I have to pay more because I have 2 insurance. Have talked to both insurance and both said that ... read more
