One of the best places in Euclid. The Management staff is on top of everything and are easy to talk to, service requests are done within a short period of time. They are just a no-nonsense staff, as long as you live by the rules and regulation. Not only would I recommend this place, but look around Euclid. We have been living at the Cultural Gardens for over 5 years and have never experienced any problems. Maintenance is wonderful - "johnny on the spot" and management couldn't be more helpful and friendly. I would and have recommended this complex and will continue to recommend the Cultural Gardens!
This is the worst place to live they have crackheads that buy drugs all night long that works for them now to pay there rent they are reported to police now. So this place have been raided 3xs already and will be again
Terrible maintenance, unprofessional staff, extremely dirty, pee on the elevator floor, it takes them way to long to fix stuff in your apartments. Very noisy people bang on the walls and floors at all hours. Bad kids running around in the hallways.
