Amazing Service. Had an issue with a new motor imported from the U.S. on a Friday Spoke with customer service and then Drew(The Tech). This company has the right people on the team especially the field service division. I must say that Andrew is as professional as he is knowledgeable. I hope the senior management get to read this and somehow passed on to Andrew that he is a good representative for the company. The major point of difference is the high level knowledge base with the ability to complete a task upon the initial visit. We know who to ask for next time
