What a great business & employees that make it even better. We had a service appointment in one week after calling, which is very quick for the RV world. Ethan was awesome at the front desk, explained everything thoroughly before we gave him our keys. The issue with our Generator that wouldn't run more than 10 minutes before quiting was repaired within 6 hrs. We were able to stay the night with a 100% repaired generator & be on our way the next morning.
I can't say enough good things about the Cummins service center here in Orlando. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my engine and kept me informed every step of the way. The technician who worked on my vehicle was a true expert. Top notch RV generator repair service experience. We full time, so having service can be inconvenient, but the folks at Cummins Coach Care made it a great experience. We stopped in because our Onan generator was not starting and they were the closest authorized repair center that specializes in RV work (some shops won’t take RVs.) EDIT BELOW: Great communication and a great service team at this Cummins location. This Cummins location is also a Coach Care service center and takes care of a broad range of RV diesel engines. They are currently pretty backlogged due to the Cummins L9 fuel rail assembly inspection/repair campaign, as are most Cummins locations (November 2021). The heavy set male with glasses and tattoos at the parts counter is beyond disrespectful. He doesn’t take time to explain anything and has a horrible attitude. If you walk in and see him you’re better off waiting for someone else !
