This shop is fantastic. Dawn was exemplary in working through our scheduling issues and making sure they were ready for our coach when it arrived on site for repairs. THEN, Danny had the generator issue diagnosed and repaired in phenomenal time. Cummins Gainsville will be my first call and has my recommendation. Keep up the great work!!
Big shout out to Cummins in Gainesville. We took our RV to these guys for a generator problem. They promptly diagnosed the issue and have the parts ordered. Dawn absolutely took great care of us. Fantastic customer service!! Dawn has kept us informed along the way. We will definitely be back when service is needed. Thanks to everyone!!

Update 4/20/2021. Got in and out in one day for a DEF header issue. They were willing to order the parts ahead of time and got me in first thing. They were willing to work with my extended service plan, which can be a PITA. Great people to work with. Very personable and cooperative. This place is a total scam - took our MB Sprinter Van there due to the generator not working. Left it there for a week - NEVER had anyone call us, give us an estimate, tell us what the issue was - NOTHING! Had to call repeatedly to even find out if it was repaired and when we could pick it up. My husband went on his lunch break to pick up and was then told that the only person in the entire place that could check him out, was on the phone.
