I have an older and well worn Onan 10000 qd in my rv that quit working and created a crisis due to work related commitments. The service manager assured me they would give it best effort to get it repaired within my tight timeframe. The technician went above and beyond in diagnosing and repairing my rv generator and provided valuable advice on how to care for my generator going forward. I’m truly grateful for their efforts and will definitely come back for future service!

Posting late.. But me and my family were riding through and all of a sudden our RV went to acting up and we had to pull over. Called these guys who got someone out that towed us in and within a couple days we were on the road! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend!

Brought my motorhome in to have problem with my generator (Onan 10000) turning off. Manager didn't seem very interested in fixing my problem. Seemed very interested in calling it a day. #1 mechanic out on service call. Supposed to check it next day. i was told he checked and there was written report and charged what i felt was excessive amount for basically 2 days wasted time. We have been in an RV, older model, about 2 years now. We purchased a new Onan 4,000 generator about 15 months ago. We have been to this Cummins service center twice now. The first experience was phenomenal and so much so that when we had an issue again, it was worth coming back. We live in central Florida and have not been able to find anyone that come close to the knowledge and service provided here. Have a Onan 4000 on board generator on my RV and was not working properly. Spent a week or so trying to diagnose myself and even had another shop look at it....they thought they fixed it, but nope. Took it to the guys here and they were great. Manager worked with me on the price and their mechanics have a ton of experience. They could tell what the issue was just by listening to it. Fixed it first shot and got me on my way. Not the cheapest around, but fair and you get what you pay for. Thanks!
