Good group to work with. Quick turn around, as schedule permits.
We were in a difficult situation and at first were hesitant about bringing in our RV for generator service (reviews can be fickle). I was immediately put at ease when someone from Cummins pulled up next to us on the street while we were searching for the service entrance and pointed us in the right direction. They got me right in! That is great in it’s self because NASHVILLE told me like two weeks to just look at it. I had major problems and needed a new generator and they got it in quick and it works great!
Blown away by the lack of professionalism and effort. One shop says it was the generator, Cummins says it's the AC. That's fine, but the Tri-State I worked with did did like 14 tests and could articulate where the problem was and their limitations are, every step was made clear and I was not charged the full price because they couldn't do anything.
