After calling just about every RV tech in Chattanooga, we found ourselves with Cummins as our only option to have our RV's onboard generator looked at. I wish I would have just called them first, because the customer service here is out of this world. They got me right in! That is great in it’s self because NASHVILLE told me like two weeks to just look at it. I had major problems and needed a new generator and they got it in quick and it works great!
We were in a difficult situation and at first were hesitant about bringing in our RV for generator service (reviews can be fickle). I was immediately put at ease when someone from Cummins pulled up next to us on the street while we were searching for the service entrance and pointed us in the right direction.
