No one available to perform a simple in house oil change on my brand new (60 hrs.) 12,5 KW quiet diesel generator. I'm located 30 minutes away from the shop. I have to drive an hour an half to Sumner, WA for service. I guess no one in Everett is qualified to change oil. I had to click on a star to send this review. They don't deserve it!!!

We can truly say that this shop seems like a great place to work for because all of the employees have always been extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Brought my generator in for a recall. They scheduled me right away, got it done in 45 minutes, just enough time to grab a coffee across the street. The workers were super nice.
