No one available to perform a simple in house oil change on my brand new (60 hrs.) 12,5 KW quiet diesel generator. I'm located 30 minutes away from the shop. I have to drive an hour an half to Sumner, WA for service. I guess no one in Everett is qualified to change oil. I had to click on a star to send this review. They don't deserve it!!!

Brought my generator in for a recall. They scheduled me right away, got it done in 45 minutes, just enough time to grab a coffee across the street. The workers were super nice.
Five straight days I have left a VM asking for field service on my generator that won’t start. I’ve been w/o power three times in 10 days. No one bothers to even call back and you can’t get anything but VM. I’ve tried two different locations. Same problem both locations.
They will will want to over charge & add unused items to your bill. They sent a van around to diagnose the problem, advised me that it’s going to be $7.5k to repair.(fuel cap pump) Second opinion from another mechanic, $178 for a key ignition + labor. Avoid the headache!
