My installer threw box away and now I can’t return… it was originally in a very cheap generic small box maybe 5”x5” and they claim they can’t resale a $400 part without this cheap generic box…. They are refusing to return. Saying it’s a marketing issue but again. It’s their box & their product they can easily repackage an unused product with less than 30 day purchase. I won’t be coming back. Their suggestion I resale on eBay where I’ll be taking a hit on eBay fees and shipping. For a tiny box…

Our RV Cummins Onan generator broke down while traveling from Florida to Yosemite. Called Cummins, spoke to Matt who was super helpful. They were able to take a look at it the next morning and fortunately it was a simple fix and we were on our way! So thankful for these guys and their awesome service!!
Much more helpful than other local cummins locations
I went in there with my (new to me) older RV, to have a service done on my onan/cummins generator and diagnose the idle/backfiring issue... they kept it all day, and notified me that the generator was too old, no parts available, and it was a timing issue that couldn't be fixed... they were supposed to look up a replacement that could fit in the space and get back to me... never heard from them... months later, I was frustrated and decided to check it myself... decided to start with fresh plugs and see where I'm at... to my... read more
