We had an awesome experience with Cummins Mobile, the staff were knowledgeable and Dan was wonderful we left our Renegade Explorer with them as we had a Generator issue and they got us fixed up and running and we are VERY Grateful - thank you Dan who communicated wonderfully and thank you to the office staff who were pleasant !! After stopping at two Cummins repair facilities one on OH that was NO help in the repair, and another in TN that was a few days out to do any diagnosis or repair work on a sick 2004 ISL 370 with fuel issues in my coach. The place TN recommended I go to Mobile. Dan and the tech Eric and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and courteous in diagnosing then repairing the engine issues, answering all my questions and keeping me informed in each completed step and what was next. If you're in Florida and need an Onan RV generator serviced, it is WELL WORTH THE DRIVE to come to this location. Dan is the best! He's been so helpful and informative. He totally goes the extra mile. Troy worked on my unit. And he did a fantastic job! This was the first trouble free experience I've had with any shop since buying my RV. And I so appreciate it.
Dan the service Manager is one of the best people I have worked with. Took care of my a/c issue and listened to what I said was wrong with it. Did my service on my generator and engine. I trust this shop 100 percent and they will always get my RV business when when it is time for service or repairs. Thank Dan.
