Approx 20k after rebuild engine seems to have a blow by. After service tech i believe overcharged me for this rebuild. I highly doubt this engine was rebuild properly. I am angry and upset beyond belief. I am now forced to pack up business because this rebuild has cost me more than was originally estimated by service tech. I am asking any or all cummins executive, manager or owner to reach out to me please. I believe no attention or pride was taken on this rebuild. People that work at Cummins were great to deal with, they did get me in right away. The only issue a really had was I thought there was too much time on the bill, if more could have been done with the time , they just fell shy of 5 stars. Thanks Bart and Gang I do appreciate all that you done.
This is my second experience with Cummins in Mississauga My wife and I were on our way to an outing with our RV group when I got a “Check Engine” light on my motorhome’s panel. Having recently had service at Cummins in Mississauga, I gave them a call, telling them that I could be there within the hour. Fahad said they would diagnose the problem when we arrived. great help from Matthew in service. truck needed some repairs and they acted fast as I was loosing income and dispatch was getting mad. Great help received here.
