The best shop around. Have brought our fleet here on multiple occasions and will avoid going anywhere else. They take such pride in their work, and their customer service is second to none. Over many years travelling in our Motorhome we have needed mechanical help! In every instance we looked to Cummins in Kamloops for help. We were never disappointed they looked after us like family. While stuck in Kamloops using their courtesy power over the weekend we lost power. I contacted them on their day off(39 degrees that day) they got someone down there and restored the power. Always friendly and accommodating.Thanks again for treating us so well and saving our holiday!
So had work done in Kamloops bc and when I left the shop all was good but then I had issues and called them back very quickly they got me to come back in. They bent over backwards to get the job done correctly. This is a great place and the staff are so helpful I would go back again if you need work on anything Cummins go to them. Thank you guys. Took our motorhome in to get the Cummins Onan 4500 generator looked at because It wouldn’t start. The same dealership replaced the carburetor in that generator in 2021. Since the new carburetor was installed we have aprox .5hrs run time. After 1.5hrs of diagnosis and $320 later, they diagnosed that the carburetor jets were clogged with debris and we would need to replace the carburetor again for $1500. Excellent place to stop with your live-aboard diesel pusher RV for a service. They took excellent care of our home. They are well set up with a comfortable lounge (TV, espresso and vending machines and Wi-Fi), washrooms and overnight parking with power.
