Very clean facility, Friendly folks, diagnosed the Alternator issue quickly and replaced it. In and out in 3 hours, kept our trip on schedule. Thanks to Randy who worked on our motorhome. Motorhome & Dog friendly location.
We called early Friday morning hoping they could run diagnostics and pinpoint, hopefully fix whatever was making our rv very sluggish on long inclines. They had us bring it in right away and had a mechanic check it out almost immediately! Travis was great, helping us get to the problem and had us on our way by 10 am. Jenny, in the office was also very gracious in getting us taken care of. We are thankful to them for getting us back on the road so quickly to continue our trip west.
Awesome place. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my cummins engine service. Wonderful employees. Close too interstate 64.
This service center is top notch! They do what they say they will do. I have an RV with an Onan generator that I have had trouble with getting it to run. I was so impressed with their follow up to get me in for service. Once there, they quickly diagnosed the issue and tested multiple times to make sure it would work. I cannot say enough about the kindness and expertise I experienced. I would definitely recommend them for service! Thank you!!!!
