Just my personal experience from a day on-site in our truck that was nothing but positive. We had a DPF sensor out of whack and Mario our service writer, very polite and professional, was able to get us right in to get diagnostics and repair completed. The mechanic and service team both did an outstanding job to get us back on the road. I recently brought in my RV for an oil leak in my Cummins diesel generator. This was covered during the warranty period. The leak was quickly fixed but the technicians noticed an issue with how the generator was running so they did more testing and found a couple of serious issues with the generator and ended up swapping it out for a brand new generator, all under warranty. Family feel environment, great service, really clean and professional. The customer waiting room have a big TV, a nice big table 2 big sofas, coffee, water and even a Doggie bed for your pets to rest, it's amazingly clean and smell so good!
Definitely a 5 star experience. The people were amazing. They were courteous, kind, and showed an amazing commitment to safety. They were very knowledgeable and kept me up to date on how the repairs were progressing. In a difficult situation, my equipment couldn't have been in better hands.
