Cummins Sales & Service did not have any heavy trucks waiting to be worked on when I arrived but I didn't think much about it. I asked for a quote prior to them working on my heavy truck, but the shop manager did not contact me and performed the repair without my permission. On an extremely simple repair, they gouged me every way they possibly could, including a $150 "miscellaneous" charge. Codes on 2013 isx 450hp engine came up from Dallas on a Monday . Checked in Tuesday morning. By Thursday afternoon rolled away with a new doser injector, & def pump, & no money light. Thanks to all the mechanics, service mgr., Chuck .
Friendly guys working there. However, cost almost $800 to service the generator on my motor home. I believe that included a carborator and a spring. Seems VERY expensive.
I had new rv generator repaired here under warranty. Staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Excellent customer service.
Very small place. Parts gentlemen microfiche and got me one part that I needed for my generator and sold me another part that I didn't need. Very courteous though.
