I can tell you with out any doubt you will be taken care of here. I meet Dillon just before closing on August 28. I was about 1200 mile away from home and he went of his way to get back o the road. Great guy. Honest to the bone. Thanks Dillon you will see me again for sure.
My new rv that I just purchased, had the Onan generator go bad the 1st hour of operation. I called Scot in service and he promptly got me in to diagnose a bad sensor. Had to wait a week to get sensor from Singapore, but after the part did arrive, he made a prompt appointment to get it replaced. Good service, good people.
I tried everything I could do myself to get my Cummings 4000 RV generator to run smoothly. I replaced the fuel, spark plug, plug wire, coil, carburetor and even the computer board. Yet it would not run properly. Finally, I brought it to Cummins in Eau Claire and they got it running perfectly again. The people here are great to deal with and appreciate their customers.
Great experience!!! Service and parts were extremely helpful. I already pulled my own codes and new around about what was wrong. They weren't able to get me into service till the next morning and I didn't have time so I bought the part from them and replaced it myself. Cleared the codes and it has stayed off thanks for the help.
Outstanding service and communication! Kept me informed throughout the repair process. Price came in below estimate. I highly recommend Scott and crew!
