After our motorhome had been towed from the side of the freeway to a Flying ‘J’ (a safe space!?) for the night, we were towed to Cummins in Odessa (a short 75 miles). Our check engine light came on on way to San Antonio and took it to a service site and they did a regen and light went off for a couple week. It came on again, so we bagged our route to Marathon/Big Bend and started headed to Odessa, TX. The Cummins service dept. worked on our bus immediately once we were able to get it to the shop. They were very accommodating and professional. They only fixed what was needed and didn't try to sell us on the whole system. They also noticed our starter only had one screw left! Parts department is horrible- they don’t answer the phone. It virtually impossible to get a quote out of them without driving down and waiting for them. Very unprofessional run business.
