Exceptional service! I recently had my RV generator replaced at this location. We have a 2004 RV and the original Generator finally took its last breath. We brought our RV here and we were in good hands. The parts department was excellent, very friendly gentleman very knowledgeable. The front desk lady was very kind and knowledgeable. I recently took a truck there for a pre purchase inspection. Stephanie at the service desk went above and beyond to assist me. The team there checked the truck out, Dino checking ecm info... me knowing the engine was a transplant to this truck...but still found out the block had a different serial number than the valve cover shown. The ecm was a 2010 programmed to accommodate the older engine. The unfortunate I was unable to determine if or when the block was rebuilt. We were traveling and our coach broke down in The Dalles. A shop there had our motorhome 2 1/2 days and couldn't pinpoint the problem. They told us they couldn't work on it. Had to have it towed in to Cummins and our roadside service made a 7 am appointment for us. At 7 we went in to the service department where Stephanie immediately went to work for us. Christian was the mechanic that worked on our coach. He went to work on it immediately, had the problem diagnosed and the faulty part out in just 2 hours. He kept us updated... read more

We purchased a house in Ocean Park Washington that had an existing Cummins generator (model GSBA A045L 195). We are a fare distance from Portland so we opted to pay $1215 per year to have the tech from Cummins come to our house and perform maintenance. They have done this for the last 2 years. The generator is set for a weekly cycle where it runs for 15 minutes every Wednesday. There was a storm last week and the power went out. The generator did not start.
