Great people great staff, I tow busses in to their shop often,
Worst experience ever never take your truck here unless absolutely necessary . Told me 1 day. We r now on day 8 going into 9. I call everyday no1 calls me back. Very unprofessional. I call n they talk to me lik I did something wrong. Thought I was doing the right thing going to manufacturer but let me tell u. They don’t giv a damn about customers.
1 star due to the fact theres 6 guys sitting in there at any given time and when you call you have to spend an hour on the phone with the Indian call center that routes the calls made to cummins to the call center did not expect to deal with that at cummins. Will aviod calling at all in the future, waste of time.
Ive been buying parts and have dealt with service dept for decades now . Always upfront good communication!
I would not recommend this company for the repair of a small generator on a camper. I had a couple of places I could have gone to repair the generator on my class B Travato but chose Cummins because it was their generator and they could get to it in a couple of days as opposed to 10 days with another company. I dropped the camper off on Monday, July 14, 2025 for an appointment the next day. I did not hear anything for a couple of days so Friday, July 18, I called to find the progress of the repair.
