I would not recommend this company for the repair of a small generator on a camper. I had a couple of places I could have gone to repair the generator on my class B Travato but chose Cummins because it was their generator and they could get to it in a couple of days as opposed to 10 days with another company. I dropped the camper off on Monday, July 14, 2025 for an appointment the next day. I did not hear anything for a couple of days so Friday, July 18, I called to find the progress of the repair. I had a safety recall, on a brand new RV generator, which needed to be done so I called to schedule an appointment. I have to call 3-4 times before they picked up. After giving them all of the recall and generator info, they then said they did not have parts and they would call me back to schedule it. I didn't hear anything after a few weeks and, since this was a recall involving a leaking gas line, I called them again for a status. I made an appointment to have the generator in my RV looked at about a week in advance and when I took the day off work and drove it 50 mile to get there they told me the mechanic had a family emergency a few days back was backed up on work and not able to look at it and she didn’t know when he could get to it. I am sorry to here he had an emergency and I understand that but they could have called to let me know. I did leave my name and number with a gentleman I talked to on the phone.
