You need to get a new global call center. I called the number they have listed above and was unknowingly routed to a call center. I gave them the part number I needed and was told it was in stock. I proceeded to call my customer and told them I had the part they needed reserved at this location and told head that way. I was then contacted by my customer and told Cummins didn’t have that part and wouldn’t be able to help them. Someone there needs to do better. I wish I could give a 0 star rating.

My experience was in relation to a mobile Genset driven by a Cummins Natural Gas engine. The work was well done and professional looking when complete. If there is a down side, it's because they are really busy right now. My recommendation for a local supplier of trailer mounted Gensets.

Bought a $$$$ home stand-by gen. Last big storm without power for over 36hrs, Never works. Ruined thousands $ of meat and more in my freezers. Generator has never worked right, warranty NEVER honored, app never worked. electricians say it a faulty piece of crap.. Told me twice since purchase that its $1600 MINIMUM to just come and "take a look". Lied repeatedly in recent email many more months later, still a piece of useless junk. Brought in my RV with a dead generator. Got an assessment within one day. Options were provided. Parts looked initially unavailable. Parts dept chased down what I needed. Fix took a week. Communications were excellent. Repairs complete. Pricing competitive. Worked directly with Jason - found him to be outstanding. I highly recommend this shop.
