This office is not understanding or helpful with scheduling or cancellations. I missed one session because I was at work in a hospital and was unable to step away. I then was not able to reschedule due to my work schedule and they charged me. I then cancelled another session and was told since I missed and cancelled a session they were terminating my therapy. No loss for me I can find another therapist. STAY AWAY BE AWARE.

The scheduling staff at this practice are absolutely and undoubtedly unqualified to work in the mental health department. Today I talked to one of the rudest and disrespectful call reps, in my life actually. To start this retched review, firstly, I've had two appointments canceled for different reasons, each time, without being given prior information of ANY cancellation policy , or even just a heads up that they had cancelled either appointment. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Dr Kugel is the worst. She didnt even do the assessments herself she had someone else do them under her name. I had 2 kids get Neuropsychological exams here. 1. They mixed up their results with each other. Telling me child A did one thing (and a major thing of self harm) when in reality it was child B. They argued with me about it until my own kids had to confirm that they wre indeed wrong. My children were seen on completely different days and the mix up makes no sense. 2. ... read more
