Dr Masons assistant was amazing and very helpful. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. The actual visit with Dr Mason was equally pleasant. He was very gentle and not just out to make money. I would recommend them to anyone with anxiety issues or special dental needs. I will definitely see him again if I have issues.
Customer service was very good. Very child friendly. Staff let my child explore the equipment, ask questions, test out equipment etc. Dr. H was funny and lighthearted. Very thorough and double checked the dentists referral prior to doing any work on my child. 100% recommend going to this clinic.
Professional, thorough and well organized. The staff and Dr. Mason make you feel comfortable and assist you through the entire process. Great results my son is 22 he has been a patient in the past and recently had to reach out to assist in saving his adult teeth and how to properly maintain them. Yes there was a cost but, they try to elevate financially butdens to the best of their abilities. The experience has been a process but, worth all the appts etc in the end. Thank you.
Very grateful for this place. I had no worries as Dr. Mason is highly skilled and knowledgeable with over 40 years of experience in the field. I was able to relax in the waiting room worry free while my child underwent dental surgery. Post operation was a breeze and my child bounced back very quickly with minimal issues. The nurse explained in great detail proper after care. This place takes good care of you and spoils their patients. Overall great experience, I have no complaints.
Honestly, I had a very tricky tooth to try and fill today. Dr. Ho and the assistant worked seamlessly together. There were a few times where we were all laughing while they were trying to accomplish the almost impossible. I asked if we could go without freezing. Personally I would rather deal with the painful gums during the procedure vs a frozen mouth. Many times she checked in to make sure I was doing okay, which I was!
