Signed up for my front and back yard to be sprayed. Our entire backyard is surrounded by houses with dogs so fleas occurs regularly. I specifically told them this when I set up services. They have not once sprayed by backyard. They have only sprayed my front yard. My dog of course got fleas again, so thanks for not doing your job! Also the customer service rep emailed me and was extremely unprofessional and catty. If you want to be charged an obnoxious price for them to do only half the work, these are your guys!

Custom Lawn Care has consistently cared for our lawn for several years. They take initiative in suggesting needs to us, and their representative, Chris, couldn't be nicer or kinder.
