Signed up for my front and back yard to be sprayed. Our entire backyard is surrounded by houses with dogs so fleas occurs regularly. I specifically told them this when I set up services. They have not once sprayed by backyard. They have only sprayed my front yard. My dog of course got fleas again, so thanks for not doing your job! Also the customer service rep emailed me and was extremely unprofessional and catty. If you want to be charged an obnoxious price for them to do only half the work, these are your guys!

Custom Lawn care has serviced my lawn for years. Had very few problems; office has responded quickly & to my satisfaction. Chris in particular has been instructional & great with his services. You need lawncare? Call Custom.

They are awesome, tech knocked to let us know he was here, discussed some tips, was friendly, and they are very reasonable. Two treatments in, already seeing a difference. I have family who have used other places like truegreen and witnessed them doing really poor jobs, not even doing 1/2 the yard, skipping back yard, ect. This company wants you to know they are there and they do it right. Highly recommend them.

Today was my first treatment. I wasn't available to talk to Chris but he left a detailed description of what I am dealing with in my lawn and what fertilizer he used. I look forward to some great results and working with Chris.
