Custom Lawn Care has been excellent to work with. Dan, the technician who came out, was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and takes pride in the service he provides. I’m very happy with the results so far and the overall experience. They serviced our yard several years ago and I have told them MANY times to stop calling me. Their service was just like their listening skills- TERRIBLE! After several years of not using them, they still call me. I have even moved to Arizona and I have told them that. Guess what? They have called me 3 times since I have been in AZ! They legitimately are the worst business!
Custom lawn care is a great company to use. They have great customer service and Bryce, (the lawn tech that services my home) does awesome job. I say that because he lets you know the day he will be there, no weeds what so ever, and my lawn is healthier than it’s ever been. I highly recommend!
We had our mosquito spay on 5/29. The agent, Marcelle Reed is the best. We have had him a few times. He goes into the details, very professional. We have 2 german shepards & like to secure them & their toys before any service. He also stays on top of it.... he is a keeper for the company. Thank you Mercelle. We always Ask for Eric Ewell in sales. He stays on top of our needs, scheduling and wonderful to work with. Appreciate all your help Eric.
My technician Dan is great. Very knowledgeable and took time to provide some education and guidance on how to address a few issues we’re having. I’m watching him apply the fertilizer and he’s very thorough. Glad to have him servicing our property. 👍
