I do love this company and their technicians. The service tech for the bug spray today was great in regards to getting up by my backdoor and all around the house. Very good service. I highly recommend.

My lawn looks the best it has looked in years Paul came out today and did a wonderful job. He was very patient with my neighbor that was concerned about her grand children playing on the lawn. He was very kind and explained to her that it be find to walk on after a short amount of time. Very nice man.

A little late to the lawn care scene this year, I called last week and they were out within a week. Aaron was our tech and he was great! He was friendly and very knowledgeable. We spoke about some issues I'm having with my lawn and he assured me it'll look great in no time. I'm looking forward to having a beautiful lawn this year!

Today, Jacob Young came to my neighborhood to treat lawns. I had just started mowing when I saw him- went over and asked if he could wait until later to do my lawn so I could finish mowing first. He had no problem with it. Treated other yards and came back to do mine last. I like the people who work for your company. All kind, considerate people who keep me coming back. Great job Jacob and Custom Lawn Care!

I have been with this company for years. I had told them not schedule me on a Tuesday because my Lawn mower guy comes on Tuesday. They scheduled me on a Tuesday and I contacted them to remind them of this. The rescheduled me for a Tuesday again. I contacted them again and since then they have not scheduled me, emailed me, or call me. Is this good customer service? I think it is terrible. I would give it a 0 if I could.
