Recently moved to San Diego for work. Bought a fixer-upper. Hired these guys to do a multitude of jobs: New roof, replace the old siding that was falling apart and paint, new windows, and a sunroom. Working with them so very easy. I wish they did flooring too but it is what it is. The staff and the workmen were great. Communication was top notch. I 100% recommend them. Yet another fantastic job done. Our house might have bones from the 60s but you would never know it if I didn’t tell you. Thank you again for the complete restore of our home. 10/10 communication 10/10 workmanship 10/10 materials There is no doubt that COR is more expensive but I can say without a doubt, I got exactly what I paid for and would recommend them. My son is already planning to call them after Memorial weekend to have COR revamp his exterior.
We needed stucco repair work done, termite damaged repair on the trim, a door replaced, and paint. We are so happy with the results and how the work was done.
