Crew was considerate, competent and thorough in the work performed. There were daily visits form management personnel and / or owners to review status of the work. I have no hesitation referring them to friends and family.
Cut Once Remodeling just completed giving me at new roof on my Lakewood home. It only took 3.5 days from start to finish. Old roof, 2 layers, entirely removed, new TruDefination Duration roof by Owns Corning installed. Every person I talked to thru the entire process was polite, professional, and friendly. Hired COR to paint/texture (Coolwall) and remove/install a new roof in Westminster, CA. Work is excellent and overall, the experience is pain-free. They stand by and back up their customer satisfaction claim with quality work and quick responses. The quote process can be lengthy and the prices are higher, but the results are fantastic.
I hired this company to replace my roof and paint the house. Their communication was amazing from start to finish. The two gentleman that arrived to bid out the project went over a few option and showed me what they recommended for my home. They did a fantastic job showing me the pros and cons of each option. Cut Once remodeling replaced my grandmas old wooden windows. It was Expensive but worth it, they were clean and on time. Only regret that she didn't do this years ago.
We had a great experience with Cut Once and absolutely love our new windows! The old ones were so ancient and crank windows, yuck! Our past 2 contractors we hired turned out to be very unorganized and just all around bad experiences for us. Our only regret was not have this company do our other projects. We would refer them to anyone. Thanks !
