This clinic seems focused on racking up as many charges as possible and is not up to date on care, for even popular breeds. My cat was seen for a few years, then I took my German Shepherd puppy. I saw Dr. Jen first with the dog. She was engaged and spent a lot of time discussing stuff, which I appreciated. I took my partner’s pet dog to be euthanized. I opted for the more expensive package to have Molly‘s cremated remains returned to us. The staff and Dr was very sympathetic and understanding and allowed me to stay through the entire process at that time, I was confident my wishes would be carried out. Molly was a rescue beagle puppy and was my partner‘s best friend for 15 years before she could go no further there are no words to describe how hard it was for Betsy to let Molly go and trust me to do what she could not. . The entire staff at Falls Veterinary Clinic are top notch and always have the best interests of my cats in mind whenever they need medical care. They listen to my concerns and offer solutions. If there is a situation they can't handle they will recommend a place that can. I highly recommend Falls Vet Clinic to anyone looking for good care for their pets.
I moved here in September of 2021 and kind of picked CFVC by throwing a dart at the wall, so to speak. I have always received very good care from all of the doctors for my two Shepherds, Penny and Petra, who were 7 years old at that time. Everyone from the front desk to the vet techs to the Doctors themselves are very nice and caring. I take both my small, elderly dog and my cat to CFVC. My dog has issues and needs to be seen regularly. I appreciate the short waits. Everyone is very friendly and caring. The doctors are always wiling to take time to discuss any questions I have. I do and have referred people to them.
