I took my partner’s pet dog to be euthanized. I opted for the more expensive package to have Molly‘s cremated remains returned to us. The staff and Dr was very sympathetic and understanding and allowed me to stay through the entire process at that time, I was confident my wishes would be carried out. I adopted a new kitten and had some concerns and they were so kind to get me in same day. As a new client, I paid for the exam over the phone to secure the appointment. When I arrived, I had no wait time and they immediately got the history about my kitten. They listened to all of my concerns, and the doctor came in and addressed all of them. I moved here in September of 2021 and kind of picked CFVC by throwing a dart at the wall, so to speak. I have always received very good care from all of the doctors for my two Shepherds, Penny and Petra, who were 7 years old at that time. Everyone from the front desk to the vet techs to the Doctors themselves are very nice and caring. The entire staff at Falls Veterinary Clinic are top notch and always have the best interests of my cats in mind whenever they need medical care. They listen to my concerns and offer solutions. If there is a situation they can't handle they will recommend a place that can. I highly recommend Falls Vet Clinic to anyone looking for good care for their pets.
I have been coming to this office for over 25 years. The care for my babies has always been the best. The staff is so friendly and go above and beyond for the pets and us pet parents. I have had a variety of doctors here and each doctor has well exceeded my expectations. I do not trust anyone else to care for my pets!
