I moved here in September of 2021 and kind of picked CFVC by throwing a dart at the wall, so to speak. I have always received very good care from all of the doctors for my two Shepherds, Penny and Petra, who were 7 years old at that time. Everyone from the front desk to the vet techs to the Doctors themselves are very nice and caring. I adopted a new kitten and had some concerns and they were so kind to get me in same day. As a new client, I paid for the exam over the phone to secure the appointment. When I arrived, I had no wait time and they immediately got the history about my kitten. They listened to all of my concerns, and the doctor came in and addressed all of them. I'm so impressed with Cuyahoga Falls Vet Clinic and so happy we switched our dogs over to them. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I was well informed of any additional costs for new injections they would be getting. The clinic is VERY clean! I highly recommend for your family pets.
We called this morning and got in within 2 hours. Everyone there was awesome! They took such good care of our kitten and the vet explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions. Nobody tried to push anything on us. We walked out with medication and peace of mind. We will be taking his two brothers in next week to meet everyone! 🙂
I would NOT recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone. My puppy Zion and I recently moved back to the area from Colorado. Before our move, he had started getting sick and lethargic, showing signs that seemed like anxiety. As his condition worsened, we brought him here as soon as possible. After four visits and $1,300 spent on medications, blood tests, and an X-ray, we still had no answers. The only next step they offered was surgery, which was estimated to cost more than $2,300.
