While searching for best restaurants in Miami, this one came up often. It’s fully Peruvian, which was new for me. The vibe inside was great and our waiter was very friendly. There were so many dishes I wanted to try that I ended up overordering. The appetizers were next level truly outstanding. We’re big fans of Peruvian food and have tried many places in Miami. We had the large grilled octopus to share with the table. I had had this at another restaurant and it was better. The octopus was missing more of a crust on the outside and perhaps stronger flavor from sauce. It was tender - the purple potatoes were ok - 3 our 5 stars on this dish. For almost $100 not worth it. Fantastic restaurant!!! The food is amazing, full of flavor. The Ceviche, Lomo saltado and Pisco Sour were superb and The acevichado roll was a standout, seriously so good. From beginning to end, our experience was very enjoyable! I started with the Chileano. It reminded me of a spicy margarita; I sipped it throughout the meal. The Sake Aburi Maki was a delicious sushi roll with salmon two ways. The smoked salmon on top took it to the next level. I followed that with the Hamachi Tiradito, a cold dish, which made for a well round meal. Have been thinking about this place for an entire year from my last visit! The cocktails are amazing. The atmosphere is such a vibe. Food is insanely fresh and absolutely delicious. I had no idea what to order but told Rosemary my preferences and she helped me pick the perfect dish. We planned our entire trip around this meal! Can’t wait to come back next year!
