Why such a restaurant will have only SWAI fish as an option for ceviche ? SWAI is the most unhealthy and the cheapest fish Why introduce on your hard core dish such a cheap fish ?

Health hazard. My son swallowed a piece of plastic and another large piece was found. Manager Julio stated that a plastic container broke and pieces got into the food. They did not informed other clients and Owner never returned calls.
