Santiago handled our large group well, despite all the special orders and high maintenance requests. The food was spectacular, with some of the best ceviche I’ve ever had. Standouts were the pisco kione, lomo saltado risotto, grilled octopus, and 4-way ceviche sampler. The restaurant itself was really well designed—moody lighting and trendy materials, with EDM music and welcoming ambiance. Fun artwork featuring the owner/chef as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience at Ceviche 105 – Boca Town Center. The service was absolutely fabulous from start to finish, and the food was outstanding. A special shoutout to Ivan, our waiter—attentive, friendly, and truly made us feel welcome. He elevated the entire dining experience. Highly recommend this restaurant, and if you can, ask for Ivan. You won’t be disappointed!

Great experience at CVI.CHE 105! The service was excellent and the food really stood out—especially the ceviche, which was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely the highlight of the meal. The octopus was also very well prepared and delicious. The sushi was just okay, but the fun, lively ambiance and flavorful ceviche made the experience very enjoyable overall. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Zuly is the best waitress…. She’s very joyful which make our dinner experience a very special one…. The food also are delicious. I wish the place are not too loud of music … Other than that… we will come back and see Zuly again…

The food was very delicious and well prepared. The atmosphere was nice, and the service was excellent. Our waiter, Daniel, was very friendly, patient, and attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us a great dining experience. Highly recommended!
