We’ve been longtime fans of Ceviche 105, especially the South Beach location, which consistently delivers both incredible food and exceptional service. First time at CVI.CHE 105 and we loved it. Albert was our server and he was super nice and respectful. He walked us through the menu, gave great recommendations, and everything he suggested was spot on. The food was delicious, and he was really attentive to my food sensitivities/allergies, which I truly appreciated. Overall great service and great food — we’ll definitely be back.
Great experience at CVI.CHE 105! The service was excellent and the food really stood out—especially the ceviche, which was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely the highlight of the meal. The octopus was also very well prepared and delicious. The sushi was just okay, but the fun, lively ambiance and flavorful ceviche made the experience very enjoyable overall. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it!
Santiago was an amazing server. The food was beautifully presented and had outstanding flavor. Highly recommend the sushi platter options. You may get some initial sticker shock on the pricing but it is well worth it for the great experience.
