First time at CVI.CHE 105 and we loved it. Albert was our server and he was super nice and respectful. He walked us through the menu, gave great recommendations, and everything he suggested was spot on. The food was delicious, and he was really attentive to my food sensitivities/allergies, which I truly appreciated. Overall great service and great food — we’ll definitely be back.
Santiago handled our large group well, despite all the special orders and high maintenance requests. The food was spectacular, with some of the best ceviche I’ve ever had. Standouts were the pisco kione, lomo saltado risotto, grilled octopus, and 4-way ceviche sampler. The restaurant itself was really well designed—moody lighting and trendy materials, with EDM music and welcoming ambiance. Fun artwork featuring the owner/chef as well.
My family and I came here for my Mom's birthday during our holiday vacation and absolutely had an amazing time for our first visit. Ambiance was perfection, music not too loud so we could hear each other and chat. I can't remember our server name but she was absolutely amazing taking care of 7 of us and all our questions, she went so above and beyond for EVERYTHING. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience at Ceviche 105 – Boca Town Center. The service was absolutely fabulous from start to finish, and the food was outstanding. A special shoutout to Ivan, our waiter—attentive, friendly, and truly made us feel welcome. He elevated the entire dining experience. Highly recommend this restaurant, and if you can, ask for Ivan. You won’t be disappointed!
