I had a handful of appointments with Cymande. At first, I thought she was kind and helpful - how she should be considering she chose this profession. I made an appt that I ultimately decided to cancel in a timely fashion. I would message her asking for refills for my medication that worked really great for me. My provider was thoughtful, kind and thorough. I love that we have a plan and she is helping me reduce my medication! So glad I found this practice.
While this was only an intake session, I do feel Cymande listened and heard me. I am encouraged that I have a provider who is empathetic and compassionate.
I do not recommend Cymande Baxter-Rogers. I met with her a total of 3 times. Our last interaction was very upsetting to say the least and I decided she was not going to be a good fit for me. She has a coldness about her. Our last visit in particular she was smug, condescending, and continously repeated herself on something we had already discussed and made a plan for.
