I do not recommend Cymande Baxter-Rogers. I met with her a total of 3 times. Our last interaction was very upsetting to say the least and I decided she was not going to be a good fit for me. She has a coldness about her. Our last visit in particular she was smug, condescending, and continously repeated herself on something we had already discussed and made a plan for.
