I was charged a no show fee when I did show up for an appointment and the doctor didn’t show up. (Telehealth) Which they said they would look into and take care of. I log into my next appointment, but can’t get in until I pay $100 no show fee. I call the main office to let them know the situation and that I’m trying to get in but can’t. So they send me another link to bypass the charge and get into the appointment and they notified my provider. A scheduler told me I’d be able to have weekly sessions. But after my first session I was told she had no opening until over five weeks later but could be put on a wait list. I’m questioning why a therapist would say they are taking new patients with such a full schedule and or why I was given false information by a scheduler? Another issue and more important : the therapist schedules new clients on a Friday. I was asked dozens of probing questions which where triggering.
