I was charged a no show fee when I did show up for an appointment and the doctor didn’t show up. (Telehealth) Which they said they would look into and take care of. I log into my next appointment, but can’t get in until I pay $100 no show fee. I call the main office to let them know the situation and that I’m trying to get in but can’t. A scheduler told me I’d be able to have weekly sessions. But after my first session I was told she had no opening until over five weeks later but could be put on a wait list. I’m questioning why a therapist would say they are taking new patients with such a full schedule and or why I was given false information by a scheduler?
