Before I started therapy I was really scared to do it because it’s not something that’s talked about in my culture but I knew that I needed professional help. Cynthia has been such a strong support to me. As someone with ADHD, I have learned so much from her in regards to my feelings and organizing my thoughts. She cares deeply about her clients and is a true professional. Lifestance kinda sucks, but she is fantastic
