I have had a lot of growth over the past few months meeting with Cynthia. She is a wonderful listener and available when I need her. I have applied so many things to my life that she has suggested, and it has really helped me.
Cynthia has been such a strong support to me. As someone with ADHD, I have learned so much from her in regards to my feelings and organizing my thoughts. She cares deeply about her clients and is a true professional. Lifestance kinda sucks, but she is fantastic
Before I started therapy I was really scared to do it because it’s not something that’s talked about in my culture but I knew that I needed professional help. Cynthia is a kind and compassionate clinician whose deep attunement to her clients’ emotional needs is always on display. She is an exceptional listener and a thoughtful guide through life’s transitions.
Cynthia has helped me since 2021 and has guided me through so much. She listens and gives me the support I need no matter the situation. I love that she is hispanic and understands some of the underlying cultural aspects to things. I would recommend her to anyone needing a laid back, supportive and caring therapist
