I have had a lot of growth over the past few months meeting with Cynthia. She is a wonderful listener and available when I need her. I have applied so many things to my life that she has suggested, and it has really helped me.
cynthia is amazing at what she does ! i have been with her since i was a younger kid at first skeptical about therapy but it is the best decision ive made in my life and i dont know what i would do without having therapy as part of my life . cynthia has done amazing at guiding me and listening to me through life and i continue to appreciate her !
Cynthia has been such a strong support to me. As someone with ADHD, I have learned so much from her in regards to my feelings and organizing my thoughts. She cares deeply about her clients and is a true professional. Lifestance kinda sucks, but she is fantastic
Before I started therapy I was really scared to do it because it’s not something that’s talked about in my culture but I knew that I needed professional help. Ever since I found Cynthia I feel like I am free to talk about anything without feeling judged.
