If you want to live somewhere there is ongoing drug activity, people banging on your door all hours of the night because they are high and think they are at someone else's apartment. People let their company take up 4 and 5 parking spots so actual residents don't have anywhere to park or if you want to keep getting your car banged up and scratched up by drunks and drug addicts. I live here I can give this place zero stars I would I hate it here the office managers are horrible they take everything you make I was promised my rent wouldn't go up if I picked up extra shifts to my utilities she tricked me in to signing papers and my rent go up $126 more ans the lady let her family member get the disability apartment my mom was supposed to get they dont fix nothing and now the office managers daughter moved in I called corporate and they say she is not coming back thats not her property and then this la... read more
Nice place. Every family has to make your house your home, it doesn't come that way, but they start your out with a very clean, almost new looking house (Apt) to get you started on. Could use more guest parking...
The place is nice but management is the worst I have ever seen anywhere the lady doesn’t answer the phone she doesn’t give u call back and come to work whenever she feels like it also tell u to come when she isn’t there I sat outside for about 3 hours and she never showed she keeps telling me ima move in and tells me the same stuff everytime I come it’s getting ridiculous I have been waiting since November and I really don’t wanna give them one star it should be 0
I loved here is 2014 never had a problem before get people out here to.fix thing or with land lord not answering their phone but for the past three years we had landlord that don't want to the jobs or letting alone when u putting work orders in no body showed up the fix anything they just call and say they will be out on a day and time and still never shows up..
