I have lived here under a year, but I'm impressed with the staff's commitment to creating a positive experience here. Shannon in particular has been incredibly empathetic to any issues I have brought to her attention and is always sure to take care of work orders with incredibly quick turnaround! Very grateful for her people skills, genuine concern, competency, and professional manner.

We have been residents at Cypress Creek apartments for the past year and a half and have not had the negative experiences mentioned by others. In fact, we have had nothing but a positive experience. The apartments may be older, but they are well maintained and maintenance requests receive prompt attention. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and cleaned daily by staff. I love the area that this is located at and the management. Super friendly people at the office, always ready to help. Now, the apartments themselves are a bit old, but they have been nicely renovated. I had a pretty sizable list of things that needed to be fixed when I moved in, but the management quickly and efficiently took care of it all. Loving living here. Love the warm pool; very relaxing.

Pros: the landscaping around the pool area is beautiful and well-maintained. Maintenance requests are promptly addressed. Layout of the apartments is nice. Cons: there is dog feces literally everywhere. The other tenants are equally to blame, but it seems there is no accountability or concern for the issue. Watch where you step at all times. I've been living in Cypress Creek for almost 2 years now and I love it! The environment here is absolutely peaceful if I could describe it in one word. I rarely here any type of disturbances unless you count the sweet calming sound of water running through the creeks outside your window.
