We asked for the monthly rates over and over again, specifically because we would be moving. After months they finally gave us the rates, after our lease auto renewed. And apparently telling them multiple times we were moving doesn't count as a warning, so they refuse to do anything. They say we have to speak to upper management, who have not responded to any messages. Shady business.
Prior to this month, I would have given a GLOWING review to this property, I have loved living here for the past 4 years. HOWEVER, after months of contacting them about needing the lease rates for when my lease ran out in April so that I could determine the length I wanted to sign, I finally received an EMAIL not a letter on the door or a phone call on MARCH 24TH. I responded on April 4th that I wanted to do a 5 month lease only to be told that my lease had been auto renewed on the 31st for 12 months and that there was nothi... read more
Megan was a great help and provided an excellent experience when I toured the apartments. Definitely one of the best places to live in the area.
I have lived here under a year, but I'm impressed with the staff's commitment to creating a positive experience here. Shannon in particular has been incredibly empathetic to any issues I have brought to her attention and is always sure to take care of work orders with incredibly quick turnaround! Very grateful for her people skills, genuine concern, competency, and professional manner.
We have been residents at Cypress Creek apartments for the past year and a half and have not had the negative experiences mentioned by others. In fact, we have had nothing but a positive experience. The apartments may be older, but they are well maintained and maintenance requests receive prompt attention. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and cleaned daily by staff.
