I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Ho and the staff for my root canal. From start to finish, she was incredibly skilled, honest, thorough, and efficient. She explained every step of the procedure clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in her care. Fantastic experience. Dr Vi Ho did a great job......saved my #2 molar. She used laser and ozone technologies that made the job faster, more effective and efficient. In addition, the support personnel did impecable job. Thanks to Alexis at the front desk who helped me with the administrative and insurance aspects. I highly recommend Cypress Endodontics.
-The receptionist was so helpful with directions. -Upon arrival, I was told the price. -The exam and diagnosis were timely and professional. - When I paid with a credit card, The receptionist reconfirmed the price I was given up front. I only needed to sign the credit card pad. When I left I was given a full page receipt and a cd to give to my dentist. Later, I looked at the page, a “convenience fee” of $9.51 had been added. I had a great experience with Dr. Ho and her entire staff. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. Dr. Ho clearly explained the procedure and skillfully made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Her staff was quite organized and attentive from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend this office.
I went here as a referral for a specific procedure. After closely reviewing the xrays Dr. Ho determined that she could not recommend that procedure, so I will go back to my regular dentist for the other option. I really appreciated the honesty, the time she took to go over everything, showing me, making sure i understood & agreed. Everyone was very friendly.
