Dr Vi is efficient and gentle. My first root canal and no pain at all. Love her staff too!
I cannot rave enough about Dr. Ho - extremely friendly office staff and very professional (sadly this is not the new normal). I was referred by my general dentist for a possible redo of a 40 year old root canal. Dr. Ho and staff took the appropriate e-rays and Dr. Ho examined me and told me if I was her mother she would tell me to just leave it alone - it was functioning well and there was no infection at all. I have to say first that from my initial contact with the patient manager was exceptional. She was very professional and accommodating. Dr. Ho is very gentle and was able to calm nerves while she performed my exam. I recommend this place or any endodontic needs.
Where do I start?! The office is lovely and the staff is friendly. They did an amazing job of communicating pricing and reaching out to my insurance. I know how difficult insurance can be to navigate these days and they really went above and beyond. Dr Ho, what a gem of a human! I 100% recommend Dr. Ho. I was recommended to her by another doctor because it looked like I might need a root canal. The staff was very friendly. The receptionist was very welcoming. Her dental assistant was very professional and nice. Dr. Ho went through my x-rays with me and told me I needed a root canal.
