I'm a current tenant of 7416 Kercheval and have had an incredibly positive experience. You have to break things down between the owner/builder, and D Land, who manages the property. Whoever built the place built a standard new building; everything is up to code, the appliances are middle-of-the-road, there are places where the base molding doesn't quite meet in a corner, and the vinyl flooring isn't as durable as it could be. I moved out on July 31, 2025, and it took the leasing office five months to return my security deposit. Throughout this period, there was very little sense of urgency or clear communication regarding the delay. I was repeatedly told there were system errors or a technical glitch, but I never received a clear or satisfactory explanation for why the issue took so long to resolve. The worst experience I ever had as a renter was with them. No safety concerns, no maintenance concerns, have to bring up a lawyer for them to do anything, and on top of that they dispute negative reviews every year so their rating stays higher than they should be. If you look at the 1 stars it’s all tenants and all of the 5 stars are blank reviews or landlords. I would stay FAR away.
One of the best property management companies I have delt with. Everyone is polite and professional. Repairs are completed in a timely manner.
The management group is the best. The maintenance team is very nice,knowledgeable and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone.
