They were completely understanding and reasonable, very easy to talk with, great with our mess of pets (our dog flopped on ********* feet the whole time), and were completely transparent through every step of the process designing our new standing shower. The initial marketer **** was super friendly as well while doing the neighborhood runaround. Excited for our shower install in a month or so and definitely high on the list for future work!
